The Role:

As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing sales among key refrigerant and performance chemical customers while managing and strengthening long-term relationships. You will identify growth opportunities, support new product launches, and ensure budgetary performance for the Performance Chemicals segment.

The role involves working closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and procurement, while also liaising with customers and suppliers.

This is a national role that requires some interstate travel to visit key customers and attend industry events.

What are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced account manager with a background in the HVAC&R, industrial gas, or chemical industries. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Good working technical knowledge of refrigerants, industrial gases, or specialty chemicals
  • Experience in account management or client relationships within HVAC&R, industrial gas, or chemical industries
  • Commercial experience with client agreements, contract negotiations, and pricing models
  • Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written)


The Rewards:
