SENIORS - TEAM LEADERS (UP TO $180)
- Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager/Team Leader oversee a substantial $1m business portfolio with two dedicated Assistants. In the brokerage's 20-year history, this portfolio stands out as the largest, comprising Corporate and mid-sized Commercial segments such as ISR, Liability, ML, Commercial Fleet. - Senior Account Manager - Team Leader - The role looks after a team of approx. 7 people who are all experienced, capable Account/Senior Account Managers. Own portfolio anywhere between $250K - $450K depending on whether you are new business focused or not.
- Senior Account Manager (New)- 15 years experience - Ideally someone to manage a book of Medium to large SME clients. Someone who can take on a Senior Mentoring role with vision for growth and development of the book and the business.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGERS / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (UP TO $140K)
- Account Manager (New)- responsible for the acquisition, management and development of insurance clients in the SME space. The Account Manager also develops and maintains customer relationships servicing an existing portfolio of clients by providing professional insurance and financial services designed to identify and fulfil client needs. Someone who enjoys New Business will suit this particular role.
- Account Manager (New)- Book value is roughly $500k in income (⅓ is a large client that has been with this brokerage for over 20 years) This role will suit a senior seasoned broker, they pay commission on New Business and the role is fully supported by an assistant.
- Senior Insurance Broker - create and develop relationships with relevant parties, to build and maintain a portfolio of general insurance business. With their plans for diversifications they need someone with a broad knowledge of general insurance, placing business in both domestic and international markets.
- Account Executive (New) - needed for this growing brokerage on the city fringe, they are part of the Steadfast brokering network, this role will see you collaborating with the Director to drive growth, identifying suitable products and upgrades, quoting, renewing, it is a diverse portfolio across various industries, in the SME Mid market sector.
- Account Executive - North West - The role sits in the Broking arm of the business and is responsible for a portfolio made up of SME clients where they will be involved in new business, renewals, re-marketing, endorsements. Candidates need to be Tier 1 compliant, Winbeat & Sunrise. Ability to build rapport with internal & external clients & underwriters. Enjoy working in team environment & have a strong drive to succeed. Excellent remuneration package is on offer, & a great opportunity.
- Schemes/SME Broker - South East - Fabulous culture and a team of true professionals. Looking to secure a Schemes / SME Broker to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio. The responsibilities include all facets of insurance broking from renewals, endorsements, new business, account re-marketing. Candidate will be at least Tier 2 compliant, have two years experience working in a similar role. If you are a self motivated, innovative person who has the desire to continuously learn then this opportunity is perfect.
- Strata Account Executives x 2 –Tier 1 with at least 3 years of property, broking and strata (preferred) experience as an Account Executive.
ASSISTANT POSITIONS (UP TO $100K)
- Assistant Account Executive - brokerage in operation for 20 years, now require the support of a Assistant Account Executive to work with one of their seasoned Senior Account Managers, this is a one-on-one role, the successful candidate will have about 3 years experience working on SME Commercial business, organising Renewals, quoting on New Business , Liaising with Clients / Underwriters, Managing debtors. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and have experience with Winbeat & Sunrise.
- Assistant Account Executive - Fabulous opportunity for a Assistant to work with two Account Executives ensuring the smooth running of their books of business. The role will see you responsible for renewals, quotes, endorsements, claims handling, liaising with underwriters. Tier 1 is desirable with some previous experience in broking Winbeat & Offictech. Knowledge of insurance products across Business Pack, Public Liability, Marine, Motor, Travel, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, ISR, Plant and Equipment etc.
CLAIMS POSITIONS (UP TO 120K)
- National Claims Executive - 2nd Tier Insurance Brokerage seeking a dynamic and experienced National Claims Executive to manage, oversee, and coordinate the claims process. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the timely, fair, and accurate handling of claims, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. They offer a hybrid model 3/2.
- Assistant Claims Consultant (New) - just two years experience in claims will suit this claims position they offer a hybrid model 3/2
- Claims - Underwriting Agency based South East - the claims role works with the claims manager and supports three offices, ultimately responsible for recording and processing of claims across commercial and domestic lines, instructing Loss Adjustors and Assessors, maintaining constant client contact to achieve the best claims outcomes, receipting payments; and Interpreting policy wordings and coverage to ensure appropriate claim outcomes.
