In brand-new, state of the art offices based in Mulgrave we are looking for a personable, dynamic and driven Amazon National Account Manager. The role of National Account Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of sales plans across the portfolio of consumer products across the Amazon account . These plans will include robust sales forecasts and monthly target matching/reporting, terms negotiations, promotional programs, spend management, category management, inventory control and implementation of customer marketing initiatives to drive off-take in-store, in conjunction with the Brand Marketing teams. This position is responsible for leading and developing a long-term strategic partnership between customers and companies.

We are ideally looking for an experienced National Account manager who has successfully managed Amazon account and can demonstrate the growth they have had.

This role will be an integral part of the team, so will have opportunities for strategic input and leadership. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of National accounts experience, analytical thinking, strong negotiation skills, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

To be considered for this exciting role, you will possess the following:

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical acumen
  • Strong problem solving and fact finding skills
  • Ideally 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Experience in dealing with International suppliers and large retailers e.g Coles, Woolworths, Amazon, Target, Big W etc..
  • Self-motivated nature and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce growth strategies, including annual plans and promotional calendars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing, digital marketing, and sales efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Take the lead on assisting our Omnichannel customers by working with our other NAM’s, strategy creation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of category management principles
  • Effective time management skills results
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
