8 Dragons Gaming Lounge and Bar is seeking a motivated and dynamic Casual Duty Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in overseeing day-to-day operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage staff during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork.

Monitor and oversee gaming, bar, and lounge operations to maintain compliance with legal and company standards.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Ensure all cash handling and reconciliation processes are completed accurately.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and quality standards.

Enforce and adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.

Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure staff adherence to their roles.

Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for patrons and staff alike.

Assist in stock control, inventory management, and ordering where necessary.

Handle any emergency situations effectively and in line with company protocols.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or gaming management role is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.

A current RP, RSA and RCG 1 & 2 certificate (mandatory).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
