The Role:
Relational Leadership Manager | OSHC / OOSH | Brisbane Based / Flexible
The Quick Details:
Lead with Heart. Mentor with Purpose.
This isn’t just about overseeing operations - it’s about empowering people, fostering meaningful relationships, and quality programs that children and young people genuinely love.
As Relational Leadership Manager, your role is to support, mentor, and inspire Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) leaders across Queensland, ensuring that every service thrives in a child centered, play-based learning environment.

Why This Role Stands Out:

- Benefits that match your needs – do you love the role, but: need support to relocate? Require sponsorship? Need a puppy sitter? Jokes on that last one - that's not included – but you get the gist, the employer is pretty flexible to work with the right candidate to ensure they have their needs met and understand that looks different for everyone.
- Flexible, autonomous leadership - work from home with site visits across QLD.
- Mentor & support, not micromanage - you’ll lead through guidance, not control.
About the Role:
As Relational Leadership Manager, you’ll guide a team of Area Managers and OSHC Leaders, ensuring that every service operates with quality, purpose, and strong relationships at its core.
