The role:

Based in Sydney's western suburbs, deliver civil projects on schedule and within budget.

This role will be seen as an extension of the leadership team, and is required to provide balance between, project management, support, leadership, and mentoring.

Key Skills, experience, and attributes include:

• Civil Engineering degree (additional qualifications well regarded)
• A clear history of career development gained working for Civil construction contractors.
• Demonstrable experience managing the delivery of land subdivisions,
• Further experience that includes the delivery of roads, and/or infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
• Solid programming and planning skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Natural leadership qualities
• A high level of understanding and appreciation for WHS
• Excellent communication skills
