Following their recent expansion into Queensland, our client is entering an exciting phase of national growth and is seeking a Business Development Manager in Brisbane.

The position on offer:

Based in Wacol, Brisbane, you’ll be in the field, driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships to expand the company’s presence across Queensland. You’ll focus on generating new business and strengthening current partnerships to drive business growth and market share.

You will oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to quoting, negotiations, and closing deals. You’ll work within established sales processes and receive regular support from the Sales Director, who frequently visits Brisbane.

About you:

This role is ideal for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager or Sales Representative with a background in a similar industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully growing markets or supporting a business through periods of growth.

Benefits of joining this organisation:

  • Competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 + super + uncapped commission + company vehicle. Expected earnings between $150,000 - $170,000 + super.
