Join the team at MMG Auto - Service as a Warranty Administrator. This full-time role is based in Moorooka, Queensland and will see you play a key part in the automotive service and parts department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warranty claims process for customers, including processing claims and liaising with suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all warranty-related activities
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve warranty issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure seamless warranty support
• Stay up-to-date with warranty policies and procedures, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a warranty administrator or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Proficient in using relevant computer software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of automotive warranty policies and procedures is highly regarded
