Noosa Auto Group is a long-established family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the ongoing growth of the business we have the need to expand our warranty team and are seeking a highly motivated full time Warranty Clerk.

Mazda Hyundai GWM Honda INEOS

The role will Include:

• Processing warranty claims in line with dealer and manufacturer standards
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims
• Maximise returns and minimise warranty department losses
• Analise warranty data and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure all policies and procedures are always followed.
• Maintain sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in a Dealership environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail while maintaining/improving efficiency
• Be driven, ambitious and hardworking with a happy and positive attitude
• To be able to work in a high paced team environment.
• Be proficient with a range of computer systems and software packages
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
