We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Clerk to join our dynamic team at Powell Motor Group in Derwent Park, Tasmania.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role is integral to the administrative support of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with manufacturers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely claim approvals.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve any rejected or disputed claims.
• Provide warranty reports and assist with audits as required.
• Support the service department with warranty-related queries.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in the automotive industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of warranty claim processes, policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
