Your Responsibilities:
• Provide help desk troubleshooting, in-depth technical support, expert product knowledge, and warranty assistance to dealers and customers
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues following established procedures
• Open and manage online cases, assisting with escalated issues as needed
• Address dealer/customer complaints within the designated authority level
• Identify and report emerging technical issue trends
• Process dealer warranty authorization requests
• Handle warranty claims, including the return, examination, and disposal of warranty parts
Required Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience in the automotive industry with strong mechanical expertise in dealership settings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about mechanical products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical matters to both basic and expert audiences
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical product issues
• Exceptional conflict resolution, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• Motorcycle license (preferable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and highly skilled in computer literacy (MS Office/Windows)
