About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, you will work in a small, close knit team and support a full end to end complex AP function that is high volume with multiple entities across multiple regions and different workflows. There are multiple bank accounts, multiple vendors, foreign currency payments and two internal ERP systems which will provide opportunities to automate, process improve and support create enhancements.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end-to-end accounts payable processes, managing payment runs and transactions across multiple entities and regions;
• Processing high volumes of invoices, credit notes, and running payment cycles weekly in multiple currencies;
• Utilizing 2 x ERP systems (TechOne & NetSuite) to manage transactions, resolve discrepancies, and create more effective AP workflows;
• Maintaining vendor records, reconciling stock levels and shipments and being the primary point of contact for internal teams and supplier enquiries;
• Managing end of month AP tasks including accurate reporting; and
• Making recommendations to finance and operations leaders that drive efficiencies, refine AP processes and streamline processes.

About You!
We need an experienced Accounts Payable professional with demonstrated experience in supporting similar, challenging, high volume complex environments. Success also required prior expertise to proactively identify automation improvements and strengths in navigating large ERP systems eg NetSuite and TechOne.

You must be an effective communicator and a true team player with a “ can do” positive, who thrives in a dynamic, challenging environment where no two days are the same.
