Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Accounts Payable Officer will make up part of a tight knit team. On a day-to-day basis this Accounts Payable Officer will have full function responsibility over the accounts payable function and multiple entities. Your duties will include processing daily reconciliations and 3-way invoicing processing within a large ERP (SAP is highly regarded). You will be responsible for completing daily reconciliations, processing, and investigating invoices in a fast-paced environment. As a result, you'll be expected to have excellent data entry speed and accuracy, including being autonomous and independent to work on your own. You will liaise with suppliers and manage many accounts while maintaining the highest level of customer service and stakeholder management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the generating and printing of supplier documentation, payment terms and runs, including general ledger uploading. Prior experience reconciling bank/credit card statements for multiple entities will be favourable.

This is a full-time office role, Monday to Friday- 8.30am-5:00pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Register all invoices and liaise with staff to ensure approvals are obtained.
• Coding of overhead invoices for Senior Accountant review.
• Prepare creditor payments.
• Set up of new creditors for Finance Manager review.
• Prepare creditor trial balance (aged creditors) reports for cashflow reporting.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Maintain accounts email inbox.
• General ledger profit and loss reconcilications.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and requests from management.

Candidate Profile
You have exposure to end-to-end accounts payable experience, for 3+ years, working with multiple entities. You will be strong with high volume reconciliations and high attention to detail and accurate data entry. You have impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills; both written and verbal. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You also have exposure to a Large ERP system (SAP, MYOB, Microsoft Office 365 is desirable) and intermediate excel skills; pivot tables and v-lookups.
