Due to internal promotions, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
