Overview :

ACBI is seeking an experienced Academic Enrolment Coordinator to join our growing team at Australian College of Business Intelligence in Sydney. As an Enrolment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the enrolment process for students both domestic and international as well as our facilitators. This is a full time role ensuring a timely and smooth enrolment experience for our clients. The role reports directly to the Director of Studies.

Main Accountabilities

  • Organise and conduct Student Counselling regarding enrolment queries and study plans.
  • Address direct student enquiries and facilitate direct student enrolments.
  • Respond to prospective and current student enquiries to assist the enrolment decision making or course change process.
  • Implement retention and re-enrolment activities for current students.
  • Identify areas and opportunities to deliver a high-quality student experience.
  • Provide information and support to current students regarding academic programs and enrolment information and processes using SM systems.
  • Create and manage term timetables.
  • Coordinate and mange credit transfers and special programs.
  • Social media content contribution
  • Conduct orientation and induction sessions.
  • Organise trial lessons.
  • Current and new student enrolment administration in RTOM and learning management systems.
  • Assist with timely updates of course calendars and supporting transition programs.
  • Create, manage, and communicate zoom accounts for online products for trainers and students.
  • Supporting and coordinating trainers in identifying enrolment issues
  • Manage and coordinate new and existing trainers’ logins to the SMS and LMS portals.
  • Coordinate and record on new and existing trainer files.
  • Mange and administer student request forms
  • Understand RTO standards
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular reports on enrolment and completion status

Experience & Skills :

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent work experience in vocational education.
  • 2-3 years’ experience and knowledge in administrative fields in vocational education and training
  • Essential knowledge of Moodle/Canvas and RTO Manager
  • Must have experience is government funding (Smart and Skill & VSL)
  • Proficient in using student management system (RTOM) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
