About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enrolments Coordinator to join our growing team at Advance Childcare Management. As the Enrolments Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the enrolment process for our childcare and early learning centres located in Preston, Victoria. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment experience for our families.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end enrolment process for new families, including processing applications, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Liaise with parents/guardians to understand their childcare needs and match them with the most suitable centre and program
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enrolments, waitlists, and vacancies across all centres
- Collaborate with centre directors and educators to ensure a seamless transition for new children and their families
- Respond to enrolment-related inquiries from prospective and current families in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new enrolments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the enrolment experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar enrolment or customer service role, preferably within the childcare or education industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the regulatory requirements for childcare services
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to the wellbeing of children
