The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experience Warehouse Team Lead who will oversee and coordinate daily operations and smooth inventory management within the warehouse. This role is responsible for managing a team of warehouse store personnel, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high inventory accuracy, implementing process improvements and fostering a positive working environment. This role provides strong leadership to motivate and guide the team in achieving performance targets and maintaining safety standards.

Key Accountabilities (but not limited to):

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put away, and stock picking to ensure accuracy and smooth operations

Manage and lead team of warehouse store personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance

Achieve Inventory Accuracy Rate (IRA) of 90% by conducting daily cycle counts and reconciliations across B1 and ground floor warehouses

Place warehouse orders twice a week, follow up backorders with alternatives and promptly share the relevant ETA information with inventory and prosthesis team

Maintain warehouse issue logbook on daily basis and ensure the GRN is completed in ERP system again each delivery in a timely manner

Handle internal customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse activities and provide timely resolutions

Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) i.e. IRA and report on warehouse metrics to Supply Chain Manager on regular basis

Assist Supply Chain Manager to organize hospital half yearly stocktakes and ensure a successful and smooth completion

To be considered for this position, demonstrate the below requirements in your CV and a 1-2-page cover letter:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate warehouse personnel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey instructions clearly and interact with team members and other departments/stakeholders

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently, ensuring smooth warehouse operations

Knowledge and experience in using warehouse management software and advanced computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting

2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably with a few years of hands-on experience in various warehouse roles is highly regarded

Knowledge and experience in leading best practice of inventory control, stocktaking, and implementing inventory management

Ability to lead and coach the team in handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns related to warehouse activities

Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-structured warehouse environment

Effective time management to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure timely order fulfillment
