About Us

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's team in Western Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for career growth. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of three and ensure efficient logistics processes. In addition to supervising, you will be hands-on with daily warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and mentoring a small warehouse team

• Picking, packing and loading/unloading stock

• Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods

• Coordinating deliveries and managing inventory

• Receiving and unloading containers

• Ensuring warehouse safety and organisation

Your Profile

To be considered for this role you will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role

• LF forklift licence required

• MR licence preferred

• Experience in small-scale manufacturing is a bonus

• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
