Roogenic is Australia’s leading supplier of native botanical teas and powders, proudly manufacturing in Australia with ethically and responsibly sourced ingredients. We’re looking for a Team Lead – Operations to drive efficiency, lead a high-performing team and ensure our operations run smoothly.

As the Team Lead – Operations, you’ll take ownership of daily operations across production, warehouse and fulfilment, ensuring quality, efficiency and collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead & Motivate – Oversee your team, set daily targets, provide hands-on support and keep everyone on track.
  • Optimise Operations – Work closely with other team leads to refine workflows, solve challenges and implement improvements.
  • Hands-On Production – Actively participate in production, working alongside the team to craft our Australian wellness products with care and precision.
  • Manage Resources – Take full responsibility for your area, including people, equipment and stock control.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance – Uphold Roogenic’s high product standards, ensuring all processes meet our guidelines.
  • Oversee Training & Development – Manage staff onboarding, upskilling and internal talent development.
  • Stock & Fulfilment – Work with our supply and logistics manager to oversee inventory levels, purchase orders, warehouse stock control, order fulfilment and production planning.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement best practices to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Communication Across Our Two Warehouses Departments - Ensure smooth communications between our NSW and WA warehouses.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Leadership Experience – You’ve led teams and managed operations whether that is a fast-food outlet or production plant.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – You identify challenges, create solutions and track improvements.
  • Strong Communication – You work well across departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail – You spot inefficiencies and take proactive steps to improve them.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable using digital tools and operational systems.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence – Required for operational duties.
