About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team (Note: we will also consider experienced Building Surveyor's wishing to progress to a senior role). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile commercial and residential projects across Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the NCC and other legislative requirements, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to our firm's ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and certification services for building compliance under the NCC and associated legislation.
• Review and approve design documentation, ensuring adherence to building standards.
• Assist clients with performance-based solutions to achieve innovative project outcomes.
• Manage and oversee a variety of projects, ranging from residential developments to large-scale commercial buildings;
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and regulatory bodies.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor registration (or the ability to obtain).
• Extensive experience in building surveying and certification across various project types.
• In-depth knowledge of the NCC and associated standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
