Job Title: BS-U or BS-L Building Surveyor

One of our preferred clients are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor with proven industry experience. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial clients and serving as the primary point of contact for medium to large sized projects. We are anticipating this role will offer the successful candidate anything from $120-150K base salary, plus super.

Duties:

You will offer technical expertise in matters related to Building Regulations, the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, fire safety and accessibility. Collaborating closely with our team, you will undertake increasingly complex projects and explore new areas of Building Regulation/s. Duties also include conducting site inspections, engaging with clients and design teams, and contributing to the company's marketing and growth initiatives to develop your own client base.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in local government and/or private consultancy is highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and assume leadership roles on medium to large-sized projects.
• Strong commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of work.
• Client-focused mindset, willing to meet demanding challenges while ensuring client satisfaction.
