About the Role:

As an Assistant Loan Writer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage brokers by preparing and reviewing loan applications, gathering client documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Prior finance experience is not required but highly desired—a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing loan applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Collect, review, and organise client documentation
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application progress
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
