What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist brokers with the end-to-end loan processing journey, from application to settlement.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to gather required documentation and information.
• Review and verify loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
• Track and manage loan applications, providing timely updates to brokers and clients.
• Prepare and submit loan documentation to lenders, addressing any queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM and loan processing systems.
• Support brokers with administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
• Identify potential issues or delays and proactively work towards solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage administration, or a similar role within the Australian mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, lending processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with loan processing software (e.g., Salestrekker, Mercury) and CRM systems.
