Admin Assistant

We are seeking an Admin Assistant with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a passion for organisation. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring our projects are delivered smoothly. Additionally, you will assist with light marketing tasks such as social media posting and EDMs.

Specialising in custom-built projects, we handle everything in-house – from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Administration Support

  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers and the broader team.
  • Perform general office duties, including document management, email correspondence and scheduling.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Issue documentation for project installations.
  • Research building products and coordinate logistics for transport, accommodation, and labour hire for project installations (bump-in/out).
  • Manage tasks using the Monday.com work management system.

Marketing Support

  • Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and update the contact database for email direct marketing (EDMs).
  • Assist in drafting and sending EDM campaigns to our current database.

About You:

  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the role.
  • Basic experience managing social media content is ideal.
