Private equity backed, they're on a considered global growth path. To that end, an opportunity currently exists for a driven, results-focused Account Executive to join their growing Australia-based sales team and expand their footprint across ANZ.

About the Opportunity

As Account Executive, you'll focus on new client acquisition - targeting upper mid-market to small enterprise customers (e.g. $50M to $1B in annual revenues) nationally, across key verticals including: mining and mining services; aged care; community care; disability care; waste management; etc.

Managing the entire sales process from lead identification to close (with help from pre-sales, etc.), you'll help CFOs / Finance Leaders in companies with mature finance functions, to free themselves from Excel and take a massive leap forward in financial performance management. Typical deal values range from $50K to $300K+ AUD in licensing and support services, with sales cycles taking 3-4 months on average.

You'll own the accounts you win for the first 12 months, with all revenues generated in that time credited to you. You'll also benefit from an increasing volume of marketing and partner generated leads.

With an Australian-based consulting, implementation and support team with 20+ years experience and dozens of high-profile / successful case studies, you'll have a lot to leverage when competing for business. You'll join a local and international team that pursue excellence by creating wins for all, driving continuous innovation and building purposeful solutions for their customers and partners.

This is a Perth-based role with hybrid-working flexibility.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you'll bring:

  • Ideally, 3-5+ years field sales / new client acquisition experience with a solid tenure in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Business Intelligence and/or ERP SaaS and corresponding consulting services - targeting Finance Leaders in mid-market to small Enterprise companies.
  • A Degree in Business or Finance/Accounting is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Experience using Value Framework and/or MEDDIC sales methodologies in previous roles will set you apart.
  • The ability to travel to the USA, Canada and/or internationally and have a valid passport is required.
  • Intangibly, you're an ambitious hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit who's eager to join a high-growth business with a world-class product / service offering - i.e. you're persuasive, results-focused, self-motivated and driven to win in competitive sales environments.

On offer, a base salary package of $125K-$150K Base + Super + Commissions with a realistic $250K total annual earning potential. Interviewing now.
