About the role:
Acting as an integral part of the administration team, the Scheduling/Administration Officer is a pivotal role in ensuring our customers, clients and staff receive the best possible attention to detail by managing schedules and providing essential administrative support. In this role you will communicate issues and offering solutions to management. Understanding the importance of tasks and completion with a sense of urgency.
Full-time position working in the office.
$27-$35 per hour + Super
Some important day-to-day tasks
- Efficiently manage scheduling daily for customer, clients & all technicians
- Actioning and responding to emails
- Keep a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for licencing, inductions, workplace health & safety
- Assisting with receipt and dispatch of parts
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Maintaining office systems
What you will bring to this role:
- Excellent data entry with speed and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- This role would suit a committed team player
- Experience with the Microsoft office suite including word and excel
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders & customers
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people
- Simpro experience highly desirable
- Previous scheduling experience required
- Able to work autonomously and well with others
The successful candidate will need to have high standards of self-presentation, communication, punctuation and be focused.
