The Role
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects projects, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimation & Planning – Assess project scope, prepare quotes, and schedule production.
• Warehouse & Production Oversight – Ensure production meets high standards and deadlines.
• Procurement & Inventory Management – Source materials, manage supplier relationships, and maintain stock levels.
• Scheduling & Installation Coordination – Assign teams, manage logistics, and enforce safety protocols
• Client Communication – Respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Process Improvement – Optimise workflows, monitor budgets, and improve efficiency.
• Hands-On Leadership – Step in where needed to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Experience – Background in construction, manufacturing, refurbishment, fit-out, or relevant trade.
• Leadership Skills – Experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager or similar role.
• Client-Focused – Strong communication and sales experience.
• Detail-Oriented & Organised – Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Design & tendering skills highly desirable
• Commercially astute with ambition for success and innovation
• Would suit someone from Site management/trades background
