About You
You will have demonstrated experience in tenancy management in the private, public or community housing sector and will have practical knowledge of the relevant tenancy legislation. You will have the skills, ability and willingness to work with a diverse range of people, have a proactive approach to your tasks and possess excellent customer service skills. Ideally, you will possess:
- Current or previous social/community housing/tenancy or property management experience
- Solid understanding of tenancy legislative requirements;
- Experience in preparing for and representing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
- Demonstrated experience in leasing, property inspections and/or rent arrears
- Demonstrated highly developed organisation skills and the ability to undertake tasks independently;
- Current drivers licence
