About the role:

Position: Part-Time Receptionist

Hours:

• Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Total: Minimum of 37 hours per fortnight

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Warmly greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, efficiently managing our practitioners' calendars.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records, process payments, and manage billing and insurance-related tasks.
• Clinic Presentation: Ensure the reception area and clinic spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
