The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Social and SEM campaigns to drive online sales and revenue. This role includes coordinating campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, analyzing data, recommending optimization strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of global Meta campaigns with agency partners, analyzing performance for data-driven optimizations.
• Oversee in-house TikTok marketing efforts, including campaign builds, audience targeting, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop social-first content, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and brand guidelines.
• Assist with global SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy optimization, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Provide actionable insights based on performance data and industry research.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly Paid Social and SEM across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• A passion for digital marketing, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
