About the role

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Winning Homes IQ, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts. This full-time position in our Balcatta, WA office will involve managing our online presence, implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies, and coordinating digital advertising campaigns to help us reach and engage our target audience.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website on search engine results pages
• Managing our social media channels, including creating and scheduling engaging content to build our online community
• Coordinating and monitoring the performance of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Analysing website and campaign analytics to identify trends, optimise efforts, and provide insights to the marketing team
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
• Onsite content creation of homes under construction and land estate reviews.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation, social media marketing, and digital advertising
• Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report on campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and other digital marketing tools
