Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our brand’s global digital presence, manage influencer & affiliate relationships, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and optimize our website for performance and user experience. This role will also work closely with our in-house content creation team to produce high-quality social media content and ensure that every day of every week we are doing something somewhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the head of Digital Adam Briggs the role encompasses the following;

Email Marketing & Newsletters (EDM Management)

  • Plan, create, and manage company newsletters and EDM campaigns to engage customers and promote Trak Racer products in different countries around the world in multiple languages in some cases. The expectation is a weekly strategy would exist communicating different aspects of sim racing and how Trak racer meets that need.
  • Develop targeted email strategies that increase engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. And meet the needs of communicating the benefits of our brand and third party products to end users at all times.
  • Analyse and Report campaign performance, optimize content, and manage segmentation to improve open and click-through rates. Support the digital marketing team as needed and ensure learnings are maintained and errors not repeated.

Influencer & Affiliate Program Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across multiple regions. The weakness of campaigns is ensuring we are getting what we want which is sales. All actions are to be planned and managed on a horizon equal to the company’s needs.
  • Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue and brand exposure.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, sponsored content, and brand partnerships to maximize reach.
  • Track and analyze influencer performance metrics to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Event Coordination & Brand Partnerships

  • Assist in planning and executing Trak Racer activations at sim racing expos, motorsport events, and industry trade shows globally to ensure stake holders receive the support they need.
  • Work closely with key partners, including the BWT Alpine Formula 1 Team, to coordinate co-branded marketing initiatives and that materials are created and developed to service the needs of Trak Racer and Alpine and others..
  • In conjunction with other team members Manage logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation for company events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing goals.

Website Improvements & Optimization

  • Support ongoing website enhancements to improve user experience, navigation, and overall performance.
  • Work with developers and designers to implement SEO best practices and optimize site content.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in updating product pages, landing pages, and promotional content to align with marketing campaigns.

Social Media & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with our in-house content creation team to ensure high-quality, engaging social media content.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions that align with influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Assist in content strategy planning, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
  • Analyse social media performance and suggest optimizations to increase engagement and reach.

General Marketing Activities

  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, advertising campaigns, press releases and promotional activities.
  • Assist with marketing research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Contribute to brand messaging, campaign planning, and creative ideation to enhance brand awareness.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute multi-channel marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Passion for motorsport, sim racing, and gaming is a requirement above all else.

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or event coordination.
Strong understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and analytics.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer relationship management.
Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) and basic SEO principles.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with remote and in-person collaboration.
