About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility. You will play a key role in creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms to attract both clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
✅ Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
✅ Manage and optimize the company’s website for lead generation and conversion.
✅ Design eye-catching graphics and short-form videos for digital marketing campaigns.
✅ Plan and execute video marketing strategies, including promotional and recruitment videos.
✅ Track and analyze digital marketing performance to refine strategies for better results.
✅ Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
✅ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing, social media, and content trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the finance or lending sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in recruitment, healthcare, or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content marketing.
• Ability to create and manage effective lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation, with a strong understanding of social media engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
