About the Role

We are seeking a Group Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple businesses within our group from our head office. You will be responsible for enhancing online visibility, managing content, and optimising digital campaigns across social media, SEO, paid advertising, and websites. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive brand consistency while maximising digital performance.

Please note: This role is based full-time from our office. The current office is located in Tuggerah on the Central Coast, though we are looking to open a second office in Sydney in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Consistency

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams across all businesses to develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Own and drive the digital marketing strategy, ensuring it supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness across all brands.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration between online marketing campaigns and Telehealth initiatives, creating a cohesive customer experience across all digital touch points.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging, industry-relevant content, including graphics, short-form videos, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and implement growth strategies to enhance brand awareness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimise website content, meta descriptions, and blog posts for better search visibility.
  • Analyse performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and recommend improvements.

Digital Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC and paid social media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximise conversions.

Website Management & Optimisation

  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and SEO best practices.
  • Work with developers or use CMS platforms to implement website updates and enhancements.
  • Optimise user experience (UX) and conversion rates (CRO) by improving landing pages and tracking setup.

CRM, Email Marketing & Automation

  • Assist in the setup, integration, and optimisation of a new CRM to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing sequences, and promotional emails.
  • Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and enhance engagement.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, including list management, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event tracking to measure website and campaign performance.
  • Implement UTM parameters and custom tracking to improve attribution accuracy.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key digital marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine strategies and improve results.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyse data to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery across all digital channels.

Budget Management

  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
