Essential skills which must be reflected in a neat format under each role on your CV:

• Very strong command of English both written and verbal and ability to produce structured documents;
• Experience either as a Technical Content Writer OR Infrastructure Business Analyst / Desktop Support Business Analyst;
• Experience in producing methodical knowledge articles and instruction manuals relevant to Information Technology;
• Experience in stakeholder management, mainly IT stakeholders, running workshops and meetings;
• Experience with both Microsoft word and Visio;

Highly desirable but not essential:

• Experience within Desktop Support / Infrastructure Support;
• Experience with NSW government / Utility;

This position is predominantly focused on creation of structured, easy to read and understand, knowledge articles across infrastructure and desktop support.
You will have proven content writing background and/or detailed documentation skills and ideally some understanding of ICT infrastructure / support.

You must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft word and Visio both for graph and text material production.
