Great opportunity for a SharePoint Digital Content Officer with proven experience of creating SharePoint Sites and performing SharePoint User-Training required for an exciting cutting-edge project in the NSW Government sector.

This opportunity
Working in a highly skilled team of I.T and business professionals, this role will focus on creating & editing SharePoint sites, SharePoint Content Libraries; lists and workflows, as well as providing support and training to SharePoint users for this NSW Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role, to work with some of the best in the business, within an innovative and supportive environment. This initial contract will be for 3 -months with further extensions highly likely and will be based in the client’s Parramatta based offices 3-4 days per week, which also allows the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week (Hybrid)

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Digital Content Officer in total
• 4+ years’ experience of Creating & Editing SharePoint sites
• 3+ years experiences Creating & Editing SharePoint content libraries, lists and workflows
• 2+ years experience of supporting and training SharePoint users
• Proven experience of User Permissions and Access Controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to- have skills and experience

• Previous NSW Government, Banking or Telco experience
• Previous experience of working to set guidelines, policies & frameworks for SharePoint usage
• Certified in SharePoint
