Priority Plan Management is a family owned, NDIS registered plan manager, supporting NDIS participants and their families Australia wide. We are experiencing high growth and are looking for an experienced Plan Manager (Finance) to join our team.

About the role

• Supporting our clients by responding to participant/nominee queries by telephone and email
• Checking invoices for accuracy and compliance with NDIS Legislation and PAPL, and processing into Planability
• Liaising with providers to ensure invoice discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
• Entering provider service agreements into Planability
• Liaising with Support Coordinators to ensure the best outcome for our clients
• General administration and ad hoc duties
• Respond to low budget alerts advising participant/nominee and support coordinator
• Ensure our policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Applicant criteria

• Plan management (finance) experience essential
• Working with children check and NDIS worker screening mandatory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including word and excel
• Sound knowledge of NDIS legislation, PAPL and support catalogue
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service experience
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
