About the role

We are seeking a full-time baker to join the dynamic team at Hunter Hungry Hordes Pty Ltd in Morisset, NSW. As a full-time baker, you will be responsible for the production of a wide range of high-quality baked goods, from traditional breads to delectable pastries and desserts. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborating with the team to improve processes and introduce new products
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in baking or a related culinary field, such as a Certificate III in Baking or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a commercial baker, with a proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Enthusiasm for creating innovative and visually appealing baked products
