We are now in search of a dedicated, competent, and experienced Senior Baker to join our vibrant team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head Baker, you will be someone willing to take on new baking challenges and experiences and have the ability to produce consistent high-quality artisan breads with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Mixing of Sourdough and Time dough Breads
• Hand Moulding
• Rack and Deck oven operation
• Excellent numeracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Management experience advantageous

We are looking for a passionate Senior Baker to join our existing Senior Bakers, leading and support the baking team.

A creative interest in product/recipe development would be an advantage.

Extensive experience on rack and deck oven desired.

Our full-time bakers work a 5-day week with shifts running across the afternoon into the evening.

2 shifts consist of:

Mixing shift 8.30am-4.30pm

Bench/oven shift 11am-7pm

Excellent conditions & fulltime hours.
