This automotive dealership role involves processing invoices, managing payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial records are kept up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices
• Assist with weekly payment runs via EFT and BPAY.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Manage invoice coding within the Docusmart Payables system.
• Perform general filing and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the team and support the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy skills, and typing accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP).
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and team player spirit.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
