About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Key duties will include:

• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock
  
• Conducting on-demand inventory planning to meet business and customer needs
  
• Performing regular cycle counts & physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy
  
• Working with suppliers to manage lead times and resolve order discrepancies
  
• Processing and tracking purchase orders, handling issues such as backorders
  
• Collaborating with procurement & operations to align inventory planning
  
• Using ERP & inventory management systems to ensure real-time stock accuracy
  
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
  
• Supporting the warehouse team with stock movements, order fulfilment, and reporting
  
• Assisting in developing & improving inventory processes and supplier performance metrics
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has strong inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
  
• Understands stock control principles and ERP/inventory systems
  
• Can analyse inventory data to optimise stock levels
