About Loco Love

Loco Love is more than just chocolate—it’s an every day luxury. Since 2013, we’ve been crafting high-vibe, plant-based chocolates infused with superfoods, tonic herbs, and healing spices. Our commitment to quality and conscious creation has earned us features in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Gourmet Traveller, and a spot in the AFR’s Fast 100 2023 and Telstra Business awards finalist for outstanding growth 2024—recognising us as one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies.

Our ethos is built on mindfulness, integrity, self-love, compassion, and a touch of magic. We source only the finest organic ingredients, prioritising sustainability, traceability, and ethical sourcing. Every bite of Loco Love chocolate is free from refined sugars, palm oil, artificial sweeteners, GMOs, dairy, and gluten—because we want everyone to enjoy our chocolate while feeling good.

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to help manage our warehouse operations. From overseeing stock and inventory to ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain an efficient, organised warehouse space with clear inventory systems.
  • Ensure all raw materials and packaging are stocked and ready for production.
  • Manage stock movements, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed.
  • Oversee goods receiving, data entry, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes, audits, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Production manager to improve processes and maintain compliance (HACCP, Food Safety, OH&S).
  • Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse efficiency and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Two or more years of warehouse experience (FMCG Manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience with inventory management systems (DEAR, Shopify, Google Suite is a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills and a knack for maintaining order.
  • A keen eye for process improvements and efficiency.
  • HACCP or food safety knowledge (or a willingness to learn).
  • Forklift or pallet stacker certification (desirable but not essential).
  • A growth and positive mindset is a must, as we are still growing.

Why Join Us?

  • Work for a conscious brand that’s redefining chocolate with purpose and integrity.
  • Be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team in a great work environment.
  • Opportunities for growth, learning, and impact within an innovative company.
  • And of course—plenty of Loco Love chocolate to fuel your day.

If you’re ready to step into a role where your organisation, efficiency, and problem-solving skills can shine, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and be part of the Loco Love journey.
