About You

We’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator who values safety, cleanliness, and organisation. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential, along with the ability to streamline warehouse operations and lead a team effectively.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively, orders are processed efficiently, and the warehouse remains safe and well-organised. You will also play a key role in improving workflow and driving operational efficiency.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Supervise stock control and inventory accuracy
• Oversee order fulfilment and timely shipping of products
• Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and warehouse best practices
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers
• Maintain records and track warehouse performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

📌 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Forklift license (preferred but not required)
