Role Overview

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This role is crucial in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, proven ability to work well autonomously and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience within a similar role or the promotional product industry will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation: Load and unload containers and trucks safely (Forklift License ESSENTIAL).
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stock Management: Receive, inspect, unpack, and store stock, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Inventory Control: Conduct stocktakes, monitor inventory levels, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before dispatch.
• Workplace Safety & Organisation: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Administrative Support: Assist with admin tasks and additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual who:

• Holds a valid Forklift License and has experience operating forklifts.
• Has previous warehouse experience, preferably in inventory management or logistics.
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment.
• Can multitask and adapt to the fast-paced nature of warehouse operations.
• Is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in their work.
