My client is an established and well-known business within the hardware industry. They are a global business located in the South Eastern suburbs, and they have an excellent reputation for quality products and customer support. Due to continued growth, they are looking to employ a Marketing Specialist to their Victorian team.

As the Marketing Specialist you support the execution of key activities surrounding global branding. Some of the key activities will be coordinating packaging, trade shows, promotional items and online marketing. This person will be the sole person in the marketing team, but work alongside the executive team locally and others in marketing positions around the globe.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing collateral including packaging, events, catalogues and websites.
• Organise and facilitate company trade shows; banners, ads, giveaways and products needed for trade shows nationally.
• Manage and execute projects in support of global branding including print and online advertising campaigns; email, web and social media.
• Coordinate updates to the website content as needed, and in support with new product launches and local branding campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with an emphasis on communications.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in a marketing position.
• Excellent communication, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
