Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, a strong understanding of marketing trends, and a hands-on approach to promoting our products and services to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and email.

· Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and content creation.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

· Create marketing materials, presentations, and reports to share with key stakeholders.

· Assist in organising events, promotions, and product launches.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry.

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.

· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and or other platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
