We are a busy and growing Cardiology practice, who pride ourselves to provide an excellent working atmosphere for all employees while providing quality care to patients. About the role
Part-time- 2 days - 8.30am- 5.00 pm - occasional Saturday required
(Tuesday & Thursday)
We are looking for an outstanding medical administration person who sparkles, every day with positivity and energy to join the team at Northside Cardiology on a part time basis. Someone who can take on a diverse role and understands the importance of excellent customer service to internal and external customers, a person who develops meaningful working relationships with staff and makes every patient who walks through the door feel welcome and acknowledged.

This role requires the following daily duties:
- Greet patients
- Responding to emails
- Attend & help patients with their enquires on the phone and in person in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate and organize making appointments between doctors and patients
- Liaising with medical practitioners, hospitals, and patients.
- Processing Medicare and private billing
- Facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and delivery of quality patient care
- Reconciling the daily banking
Opportunity for training on the job to perform Bpm/ECG & Holter monitor
This is a very exciting role with a lot of growth potential, where a successful person can make them indispensable to the team.
Skills and experience
- Prior experience in the medical field is expected
- Energetic and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with Health track medical software will be preferable
- Good people skills with the ability to work cohesively in a team
- Need to multitask and be efficient
