Description

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• End-to-end AP
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices
• Domestic & international payments
• Conduct AP Month End
• Engage with internal & external stakeholders
• Continually look for improvements in operational processes

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Extensive Accounts Payable experience
• Victorian Government experience is highly desired
• Proficient in financial systems (preferably MS Dynamics GP & WorkPlace)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
