About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Accounts Payable Officer Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at United Lifts AUST'. This full-time role is based in our Yarraville, VIC office and will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient accounts payable processes.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately process supplier invoices and expenses in a timely manner
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any invoice queries or discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions
• Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in accounts payable, ideally gained within a similar role or environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
