Multicultural Families Organisation (MFO) is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week).

MFO is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering and supporting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. We provide essential services and programs that foster inclusion, well-being, and social cohesion.

The Role

As our Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content and marketing strategies to enhance MFO’s online presence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies for our programs
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven improvements
• Manage website updates and email marketing campaigns
• Support branding and promotional activities for MFO programs and events
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Passion for community engagement and multiculturalism
